MILLWOOD SECRETAIRE
Every now and then a commissioned piece stands out from the rest and even our spoiled eyes are impressed. The Millwood Secretaire is such a piece. Created for the Millwood Plantation, which was built by General Wade Hampton, this secretaire was a practice in joy for Michael to design and build. Michael's penchant for a broad brush produced the stretched Hepplewhite inspired legs which are daring to say the least. He was bored with the squat standard and wanted some grace and presence for this original. I believe a recent trip to French antique auctions may have flavored the Napoleonic Bonnet. The small French desks featured countless secret compartments, so let me assure you Michael has not been outdone, this piece sports nine. Select flaming veneer faces, exact replicas of the plantation's columns and enough Southern drama to take your breath away and Voilá ... you have Michael Craig's secretaire. #2023 |

EMPIRE ENTERTAINMENT ARMOIRE
When our represenatives sold five of the center sections of the Empire Wall Unit, we took it as a clue. Pocket doors - with hardware we can hang our reputation on - and eight drawers below, provide any number of possibilities for storage. Entertainment components, wardrobes or whatever, this stunning piece suits many a fancy. Please note the pilasters are hung on doors which access narrow, vertical hidden compartments. #2026 |

ROSEMARIE'S ARMOIRE
This armoire case is constructed of mahogany, and like the Railroad Baron's Bed, the lines are American Empire. However, detailing lends the piece a decidedly more feminine air. French walnut dresses the beveled-edged door panels which hang on solid brass French hinges. The interior options are: a TV slide and 2 adjustable shelves, 3 adjustable shelves, or a brass wardrobe bar. The case features heavy gauge levelers discreetly placed in the base. #2006 |

PALMETTO GUN CASE
This case was designed for the collector who considers his guns to be prized possessions and wants to store them securely, yet enjoy their presence. A steel locked pin slips through the trigger guard. The ammunition drawer features a lock, while beveled glass panels provide visual pleasure. A significant part of our Southern culture is literally built on the sport of hunting. This piece is a tribute to that lifestyle. #
